You can always view your order(s) by logging into your Basic Grooves account via this page. While ordering, you have also done this; it goes in the same way.
You will now get to the page with your order(s). By clicking on the order, you can view your ticket(s).

From this page you can manage your ticket(s). From 1 March, for example, you can personalise your tickets here and also download them later.

Please note, we work with live QR code tickets that must be scanned from your mobile phone. Read more about this under the question “Can tickets be scanned from a mobile phone?”.

Yes you can, through our  Resale Platform! The main  ticket buyer  can do this.

How does it work?

• You can sell your ticket(s) for a maximum of 100% of the nominal value (ex service fee).
• The purchaser will be charged 8% transaction fee. Originally paid service fees, will not be refunded when you sell your ticket.
• As a seller, offer your ticket by logging into your Basic Grooves-account. While ordering, you have also done this; it is done in the same way.
• Go to your order and click on ‘More actions’ and then on ‘Resale’.
• The seller will receive a confirmation as soon as their ticket was sold.
• The purchaser can withdraw their ticket at any time, as long as it is not sold yet or added to someones shopping basket.
• Note: do not use other channels to sell or purchase second hand tickets. This is not 100% safe.

The Resale Platform will come online about a month before the event.

We accept cash, but you can also pay by card! We have taken every precaution to ensure that the connection works at all times. Nevertheless, we advise you to take some cash with you because unfortunately, something can always go wrong.

Yes, your live QR code ticket must be scanned via a mobile phone. Just keep in mind that the internet connection is not always stable so save your QR code ticket in your mobile Wallet, just to be sure. Also, make sure the brightness of your screen is set to maximum.

Log into your Basic Grooves account via this page. While ordering, you have also done this; it goes in the same way.
Under Settings, you can change the e-mail address associated with your account. Any new orders will then be linked to the correct e-mail address.

Have you already placed an order and an incorrect e-mail address is linked to it? Using Paylogic’s email change tool, you can correct an incorrectly entered email address.

How to do this?

• Click on this link
• Enter your bank statement details (order date, payment reference and amount paid)
• Enter the correct email address
• If the provided information is correct, the email address will be updated
• A confirmation email will be sent to the new email address (also check your Spam folder)

Are you coming to the event by bike or moped? Then make use of the bicycle parking facility. This is free, but not guarded. The parking is located near the entrance. Bicycles and mopeds that prevent access paths or calamity routes will be removed.

Are you coming by car? Parking at DE REACTIE is FREE this year and possible on the paved car park of FC Twente/Grolsch Veste. Enter in your navigation: Colosseum 65, Enschede. Follow the signs!

Will you be dropped off and/or picked up? Then use the “BRENGEN / HALEN” location. This is clearly marked with signs and is easily accessible for both visitors and drivers.

The police are very strict about parking and stopping restrictions.

If you come to DE REACTIE by taxi, make sure that the driver follows the signs “Taxi” in the direction of the taxi stand. From here the festival area is within walking distance. When you leave the festival area, taxis will be waiting at the special taxi stand.

We consider safety at our event very important. If you experience (serious) health complaints after our event, please share them with us at info@absolutelyfresh.nl.

The health complaints will be collected and if necessary, the type and number of health complaints will be shared with the Public Health Service for notification.

We strive to provide everyone with an amazing festival experience. However, if you have a complaint, you can submit it to us via email and/or DM no later than 10 days after the event. After this period, we can no longer process complaints. Please note that all complaints are assessed on an individual basis.

We collect all found items during and after DE REACTIE. Everything that is not collected on the day itself is handed over to the municipality. All items will be placed on the “Lost or Found” website approximately 2 business days after the event. You can also make a report there yourself if you have lost something: see their FAQ for more information.
